Andrew is a leader in McKinsey’s Advanced Industries practice who focuses his time on supporting clients with Digital Transformations and Digital Engineering. Over the past 10+ years, Andrew has worked on advanced engineering topics in both the Automotive and Aerospace and Défense. Because most transformations are unsuccessful without a focus on people, his work often coincides with large-scale workforce training, employee experience, and change management efforts. His work in the People & Organizational Performance space has spanned global chemicals manufacturers and mining companies, as well as public and private sector Defense players.
