Cybersecurity is the bedrock foundational requirement for successful digital transformation.  In all aspects of business, there are tremendous benefits from digitization.  However, with those benefits, there is a corresponding increase in risk.  Compounding this challenge is the fact that there is also an increasingly complex compliance environment, both domestically and internationally, that we see in the ever-changing regulatory and commercial contract landscape.   This session will identify some of the risks associated with a digital transformation, address current industry practices to safely and effectively manage those risks, walk through some of the more-recent regulatory and commercial cybersecurity requirements, and provide an overview and takeaways for establishing compliance.
