Profile

Taylor Cornwall is a Partner in McKinsey’s Dallas office. He has nearly 20 years of experience serving global aerospace, aviation, and logistics companies on complex strategic and operational topics. He specializes in operational efficiency, workforce excellence, and supply chain resiliency, as well as the digital systems that underpin performance. Most recently, he has led efforts on workforce excellence including training, rostering, and performance management, and deployment of new AI technologies (e.g., data analytics, advanced forecasting and optimization, Digital Twins, GenAI) to improve operational performance. He has also led business transformations blending digital and process changes to drive positive large-scale improvement. Taylor holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Dartmouth College.
