Derek Baggerly is a long time supply chain management expert and Board Member of Robot Morning. Before joining Robot Morning, Derek founded ESIS Inc., a successful, full-service e-commerce outsourcing provider. Derek was the chief architect of the Harmony Order Management System (HOM), the company’s flagship supply chain management system that today is used by over 20,000 suppliers across multiple manufacturing industries.
Derek has been a member of EO, a worldwide entrepreneur peer organization, since 2000. He served on the board of the San Diego Chapter for five years, including two as President.
Derek was an exchange student in the Dominican Republic for the 1986/87 school, year. Among other cultural lessons, he learned how to speak Spanish, dance Merengue, and how to properly open up a coconut with a machete.
Derek's been a lifelong soccer player, an amateur ballroom dance competitor, and an age group winner of triathlons from sprint to half-ironman distance.
Derek lives in Missoula, MT with his wife Julia and two daughters Zoe and Alyssa.
