Michael Wm. Denis is a senior director within Capgemini’s aerospace and defence market unit and co-leader of the Intelligent Aftersales and Services practice. He is a renowned consultant, author, and speaker on service lifecycle management capabilities, servitization business models and enabling technologies.
Over his 35 year career, he has worked with passenger and cargo airlines, MROs, aerospace manufacturers, rail operators, software companies and militaries around the world, leading business strategy, product strategy, product development, marketing, enterprise architecture, operations and technology engagements.
Michael is Capgemini’s representative to the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and sits on the MRO working group and A and D Distributed Ledger Consortium (ADDC) steering committee.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Michael was the Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for an aerospace software and business services company, principal at several aviation consulting firms and began his career as a surface warfare officer and gas turbine engineer in the U.S. Navy.
Michael holds a Master of Decision Science from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
