Amanda Brown is Director, Digital and Agile Transformation for GATORWORKS and Military Development Programs at Pratt & Whitney. Her passion is to: connect practitioners to their data at the point in the business process where data is generated or consumed, so that data is consumed from the authoritative source, and is generated with the intent for future re-use. Prior to her role in Digital Transformation, she has previous experience in Mechanical Design, Configuration Management, Design Integration, and Model Based Definition. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from UCONN, and a Professional Engineering License from the State of Connecticut. Her superpowers are in: Process / Discipline roles, and Business Process / Business Tool innovation. She has been with P&W for 20+ years, and in her spare time, she and her husband spend time with their 3 sons as Leaders in their Scouts, BSA Troop.Sessions
