Dustin is the Manager of Predictive Technology Engineering, leading a team working to enhance and implement our predictive engineering platform into TechOps business practices. He also supports the Digital Alliance regarding the Delta Air Lines member contributions.
He joined Delta in 2021 as the Manager of the Digital Alliance where he integrated predictive models into the S. Predictive Maintenance+ solution.
Prior to Delta, Dustin spent seven years at GE Digital developing predictive analytics, supporting product management, customer engagement, and adoption. Before that, he worked for seven years at FedEx Express where he developed aircraft modifications as part of a team certifying the installation of Head-Up Displays on the fleet.
He received a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, especially visiting US National and State Parks.
